Health should be the main consideration in our life. With our busy day and crazy schedules, we are tending to ignore our health by consuming anything that able to rid away our hunger and we do not care about its nutrition or vitamins. Ironically, with our busy activity that demands us to gain nutrition to build energy, the food without any nutrition or vitamin, or what we usually called as junk food becomes the favorite food. Since people do not feel any benefit from their food, they do not change the habit, but replace the healthy food with supplements.
